"A pool enclosure at my rental property needed a complete rescreening and Philip Hamm’s price was competitive but his timeline to start and complete the job was the selling point. Most companies where over a month out or more, or didn’t call back for weeks. Philip was very responsive and easy to work with since I don’t live in the area. I wasn’t there to attest to the actual process or professionalism but when I asked to meet before paying to discuss some gaps I noticed upon completion and inspection, Philip worked with me on my timeframe so I could get to the property and explained in detail the issues with rescreening old enclosure frames.
