"As always, my rugs were smiling after their dry bath. Love this technique. Joe usually cleans and uses a special cleaning technique to clean my rugs. The runners are usually taken to our garage, laid out, cleaned and then placed in the house to dry in about an hour to the touch. Our larger rug is cleaned in place (Joe and assistant moves our dining table ) and again in about an hour it is dry (damp to the touch, not wet). We have used Dry Master for a few years now and are very happy with the results. Him coming to the house is a real bonus for us. Also, Joe and his assistant are prompt and will call when they are delayed (not often) for some reason or other. Nice."

"Mr. Rodriguez promptly came over and then emailed me an estimate that night. We agreed on a date approximately three weeks in the future at my request. Mr. Rodriguez and his men were friendly, professional and very hardworking. They completely sanded the floors into bare wood, stained them and applied three coats of polyurethane. The entire process took about a week. Their price was very competitive and the quality of their work was excellent. I will definitely hire them again if we decide to add additional wood flooring in our house."

"Sent agent to our house for measuring. Then sales quoted a price. Flooring was installed as agreed. Vinyl installed properly except overcut in one corner and corner rounding installed was not satisfactory. Then sent us an additional bill for services. Additional charges created a conflict concerning the amount of corner rounding and glue needed for job. After complaining and sending photos of work done, billing did issue a small refund for the job."

"We had met Dan a few weeks earlier when we wanted to replace wall to wall carpet in the basement rooms of our newly purchased home with engineered flooring.  He came and measured the area later giving us a quote on different floor types we had selected..  Ultimately, due to budgetary constraints, because we also needed to replace the kitchen linoleum and the screened-in porch flooring, we postponed the basement installation.  We selected carpet samples for the porch which they had mailed to us and Dan and the other folks who work there were so patient with me as I changed my mind about what I wanted a couple of times.  Once I <em>finally</em> made the decision, we moved on to selecting linoleum for the kitchen.  Because that room is quite small, Dan suggested we look at remnants left over from larger jobs as that would save us quite a lot of money.  We found the perfect one right away and it was at a considerable saving. <br /> The day of the installation the men arrived and worked quickly and carefully in both rooms taking exceptional care to place pieces of carpet on the hardwood breakfastroom floor when they had to move the refrigerator out of the kitchen so they could lay the linoleum. <br /> Everything looks perfect now and we couldn't be more pleased with the service, the patience they had while I sat on the fence about selection of carpet, and the efficient installation.  When the time comes to replace the wall to wall carpet with hardwood, Leicester will be the one's we'll call. <br />"
