"Put my job off over and over and over. Lots of excuses (not the right tools, don't have lumber, doing another big job, etc.). I paid for materials up front but order wasn't complete and no proof offered of what and when things were ordered. No follow up, no communication. After 5 months the 5 hours of work that was done left my windows casings exposed all summer long. They said their hands were tied because of parts not coming in but I still have two doors in the garage that never got installed. After six months I gave up. No offer to make things right, just a statement that there are no refunds (which was not on invoice but in the email that had the invoice attached. Bad experience."

However, when the salesman returned, he identified that the window above the kitchen sink had been missed and claimed they couldn’t honor the price. I was never provided with a formal quote to review and verify for accuracy. The new price jumped nearly 3k, and although I offered to split the difference, this was declined. This kind of inconsistent communication and unprofessional handling of the pricing is unacceptable."
