"The work was awesome. We had the old fiberglass tub and surround from the 80's. Wolak came in and replaced it with a new deep soak tub and tile surround. New tile on the floor. Replaced the vanity and toilet. Even the exhaust fan. They also replaced sheetrock and painted to give us a new modern bathroom look. Wolak didn't need to rely on any sub-contractors. Like a one-stop-shop for remodelling. The installer was very friendly and professional. He listened carefully to what we had in mind, made some great suggestions and now we have a dream bathroom. Removed a window Air Conditioner that was installed with no intention of being removed!  All went well, except they did not put down any protective covering on the rug in the area.  About 2 pints of old dirty water spilled out onto the rug, but they worked diligently to clean it up.  If you didn't know it had happened you would not notice it on the rug.

He tightened up some outdoor flood lights that had become loose. He checked the other set, just to make sure.  Also, he repaired a downspout that had detached.  A very clever repair that has worked perfectly since he did it.

Overall the work was completed satisfactorily.

I had some cracks in my siding and corner. He was able to find a color that closely match to my existing siding and corner. He completed the job in a timely manner.

I needed a new threshold in my garage, which he found and added with no issues.

My front door had a draft and need replacing of threshold. He order the new threshold sooner than schedule and came out when it fit my schedule to installed the threshold with no issues.
