"My wife and I have lived in our house for almost three years now. We knew from the start we were going to need to replace the master bath/shower. We reached out to multiple companies and finally ended up working with Five Star Bath Solutions. The entire process was pain free. From picking out our tub/shower to installation, our expectations were exceeded. We did have a minor hiccup at the beginning of the process, but the team helped us out. The price defiantly meets the quality of the product. When we remodel our guest baths next year, we will use Five Star Bath Solutions again."

"The installers seemed to have done a good job. They were extremely fast, only taking one day to completely gut and install the new shower system. Although, one handrail was installed on the wrong side. To correct the issue, they came back the next day to install another free handrail on the correct side. The only complaints that I have are the shower wand sprayed black water for about 30 seconds then stopped working. I removed the wand and the water flowed properly from the pipe. I replaced the ?new? wand with my old shower head so we could use the shower. My only other complaint is that my water pressure is about half of what it was before the installation. Since I had to replace the shower head with my original one, I had a good baseline for this comparison. All in all, we?re happy with our new walk-in shower."
