"Appointment was scheduled for 11-12, contractor arrived at 2pm. I had to call him at about 12pm to ask what was going on; he didn't call me to let me know he'd be late. Other than that, service was good and fast. He "winterized" my sprinkler system in 30 minutes or so. Price was better than the 2 competitors I knew of."

They also have an online appointment system which is great. For a fee they winterize my system (which I had not done and was the cause of my pipes bursting) and reopen and inspect my system in the spring."

Worker was very polite and knew exactly what he was doing. Very efficient during installation (2012). Work done quickly and with as little disruption as possible. When 2 heads leaked during the year, they came quickly and replaced them with no charge. They have stood behind their work. All contacts have been polite and pleasant.
