During the walkthrough BEFORE the work started, Dominick pointed out a few things and we came up with a plan for the project. Dominick and his crew showed up on time every day and worked non-stop until the project was completed. The work was excellent! When electrical and plumbing issues came up, Dom found a solution. He was a pleasure to work with. Always responsive to every question or idea. He had great suggestions along the way and really took pride in his work. The project lasted a month when others had taken 6-8weeks and stayed very close to budget even though I had made a few additions to the original proposal. As a landlord I have used many contractors over the years. HD Renovations were the best! I look forward to working with them in the future!"

"We have now used fine design two times and would them over and over again. Last September they turned our screened in room "Florida room" into a live able space. Dave, the owner helped us design our favorite room in the house. Adding new walls, floor and siding to the outside of the house that matched the rest of the house! It is now my families favorite room in the house. Then last year we had a terrible leak in our kitchen and one of our bathrooms. I called Dave immediately and he came right over to take a look. Dave worked with us the whole time and met with our insurance company to help us! Having no kitchen with two young boys was super difficult but Dave and his staff were here everyday working diligently. Again, he sat with us and we were able to design our dream kitchen and bathroom. Whenever I had a question he was only a quick phone call or text away! Fine design has such amazing employees and I could not be any happier with the jobs they have done for us!"

Efren (the owner) was able to fully understand the work required and also suggested additional modifications; some requiring no additional cost which made quite a difference to the appearance and functionality of the units. It was quite evident that he was extremely knowledgeable on all types of challenges and knew exactly how they should be handled which he was able to explain to me in the simplest terms. The company employees some of the most skilled people in the trade in all areas of demolition, construction, painting, and plumbing and I was amazed how well and quickly they were able to complete all the work. Eric (Forman/Project manager) is without a doubt one of the most experienced hands-on people you can have involved and managing the team. He was especially knowledgeable in regards to the different options we might have along with costs, as well as bang for your buck.His work is flawless and long lasting. If at any point you had a question or were unsure about how something was coming out (which is common with any remodel) he has a way of assuring you, and is open to reworking things until they are to your standard. His experience also makes him a terrific sounding board to discuss ideas and possibilities before endeavoring to begin a project that may have implications that you havent considered. He is not the most expensive contractor you will find, but he offers the best value of any that we have worked with in the past. He renovated a bathroom, a living room, a dining room, stairs, and a patio door, which included siding."

"Mario was able to provide an itemized estimate for kitchen remodeling. We added the floor and moulding afterwards since the first estimate was very reasonable and within budget. They were able to work during the week of Christmas and they were punctual from start time to end of day. They cleaned up after every work day. Our renovation was put on hold due to some building repairs and we were advised by Mario that it was best to put our renovation on hold until repairs are complete. Once we were able to resume renovations, Mario and his team were able finish work within 2 weeks."
