"We have now used fine design two times and would them over and over again. Last September they turned our screened in room "Florida room" into a live able space. Dave, the owner helped us design our favorite room in the house. Adding new walls, floor and siding to the outside of the house that matched the rest of the house! It is now my families favorite room in the house. Then last year we had a terrible leak in our kitchen and one of our bathrooms. I called Dave immediately and he came right over to take a look. Dave worked with us the whole time and met with our insurance company to help us! Having no kitchen with two young boys was super difficult but Dave and his staff were here everyday working diligently. Again, he sat with us and we were able to design our dream kitchen and bathroom. Whenever I had a question he was only a quick phone call or text away! Efren (the owner) was able to fully understand the work required and also suggested additional modifications; some requiring no additional cost which made quite a difference to the appearance and functionality of the units. It was quite evident that he was extremely knowledgeable on all types of challenges and knew exactly how they should be handled which he was able to explain to me in the simplest terms. The company employees some of the most skilled people in the trade in all areas of demolition, construction, painting, and plumbing and I was amazed how well and quickly they were able to complete all the work. He was especially knowledgeable in regards to the different options we might have along with costs, as well as bang for your buck.His work is flawless and long lasting. If at any point you had a question or were unsure about how something was coming out (which is common with any remodel) he has a way of assuring you, and is open to reworking things until they are to your standard. "Mario was able to provide an itemized estimate for kitchen remodeling. We added the floor and moulding afterwards since the first estimate was very reasonable and within budget. They were able to work during the week of Christmas and they were punctual from start time to end of day. They cleaned up after every work day. Our renovation was put on hold due to some building repairs and we were advised by Mario that it was best to put our renovation on hold until repairs are complete. Once we were able to resume renovations, Mario and his team were able finish work within 2 weeks."
