"Leonard was very responsive to my request within hours for a quote and followed up with an option to install the next day or the following day. I chose the following day but, he communicated that he would text me if he was able to complete the install the next afternoon which he did and the install was completed. He is very personable, answered any questions about the washer I had and in addition answered a couple of questions about two of my other appliances and checked one out as well with no additional charges. Leonard and A&J Appliance with be my first contact for any appliance repairs needed in the future."

"My washing machine would not cycle correctly.  I called the 1-800 number for Complete Appliance Protection and they said they would send out a repairman.  I asked who they were sending, and they told me the names of two companies they use, so I chose the one located closer to my home.  I was able to call the repairman directly and set up an appointment for that evening!  The repairman came right over, assessed the problem and ordered the part.  Two days later he came over after I got home from work and repaired the machine.  I did not have to pay him anything.  I would recommend that particular appliance repair company to anyone who needed service done at their home. <br>This is the first time I've used Complete Appliance Protection, and I realize it was for a very minor repair.  However, since I have lived in this home for 25 years and some of my appliances are reaching the end of their lifespan, I expect to be using this service more frequently; I hope the next repair goes as smoothly as this one. <br>"

"I contacted Adam's office staff via email to schedule repairs to be made at our rental home based on his excellent Angie's List reviews.  They were prompt and courteous, as was his service to the tenant.  Our tenant is a young professional and has always given us feedback on any folks that we've had do work in the home.  She found Adam to be prompt, professional, trustworthy, and complete.  I found his responsiveness, price, and ability to solve the problem to be on target.  I also appreciated the fact that he was able and willing to let me know what services were performed by phone.  His office staff were friendly and prompt with getting me the invoice.  We have since called them back for additional work.  Unfortunately, it was work that they don't do.  However, they referred us to a company with whom they have worked it the past -- who completed the job promptly and at a fair price.  I would MOST DEFINITELY call Adam again! <br />"

"Steve (the owner of Elite Appliance Repair) and Kevin arrived within the scheduled time window, though they had called ahead of time and said they could be a little late. They very quickly diagnosed the problems with our 14-year old washer (two circuit boards and a support strut) and recommended that given its age, we consider buying a new unit. Because they found the problem so quickly, they even waived the normal diagnostic fee, simply asking that we call them in the future! Simply can't get any better response and service!"
