They very quickly diagnosed the problems with our 14-year old washer (two circuit boards and a support strut) and recommended that given its age, we consider buying a new unit. Because they found the problem so quickly, they even waived the normal diagnostic fee, simply asking that we call them in the future! Simply can't get any better response and service!"
