After reporting this to the company on 4/18/14, Josh came that afternoon and changed the entire unit at no cost in accordance with the 30-day guarantee by Anytime Plumbing & Drain. He suggested that the wall hole made by the previous plumber be covered by a vent to enhance the look of the bathroom and agreed to return as soon as possible. On the following Monday Josh returned with the vent cover and installed it at the costs only of the cover and the trip charge. Despite several carpenters working on our decks at the time, Josh had no problem completing his work with no disruption to the others. It has been years since we have enjoyed the experience of a pleasant, competent professional who represents his company so well. We will use only Anytime Plumbing & Drain for future problems.
