"We had a great experience with the Lux Renovations and Owens Corning team. The whole process was very easy from designing the space, selecting colors, and having a contract manager who organized the entire basement remodel including all the trades and inspections. We were sold on the Owens Corning materials for the basement and that they were engineered specifically for a basement space. Would highly recommend this team for your basement remodel needs."

"I was looking to completely remodel two of my bathrooms (demolition job). I hired Belmax (Maksim) based on reviews and the estimate for the projects (i.e. $15K). I could not have been any happier with the work that Max and his guys performed. Max is very professional, detail oriented, and the quality of his work is EXCELLENT. Living in my house for over 15 years I have never been more satisfied with a contractor. He is very transparent and trustworthy, keeping me informed of any decisions/deviations from the original plan. The project took slightly longer than expected but not due to any fault of the company. There were some "unexpected issues" with the main bathroom that caused the project to take slightly longer. Max and his team was here every day working. There was very good communication and he kept me updated throughout the entire project. I was so impressed and happy with m bathrooms that I hired him for additional work in my dining room and will be reaching out to him next year when I am ready to remodel my basement. EXCELLENT JOB BELMAX!!"

"I hired Bryan to repair our basement drywall and tile after we had a French drain installed. Overall, I am very pleased with the work his crew did. I had some concerns during the project but Bryan was very easy to talk with. He explained what was going on and any worries I had were put at ease once I saw the final product. I think our basement looks even better now than it did before! I would definitely hire him to come back for future projects."

"They did a complete porch teardown and build. They did such a fantastic job. Family owned business, walked us through the process, listened to our concerns, and was very talented and knowledgeable. Price was very very reasonable compared to all other quotes. We would 100% recommend!! I actually already told my Dad to call for his retaining wall and patio. We are already discussing hiring them for other projects!"

After spending almost 7 years working to make other companies clients happy, I was able to confidently come to the conclusion that I could not only do it better, but also offer a wider range of services that cater to big and small customers alike. In a world where prices and effects of services are ever increasing, I would like to be the grounded affordable option to make sure that families can get the work they need done and not suffer for it financially. I want to be the one that shakes up the game and makes sure everyone can feel confident and proud of the home they own.

"Complete master bathroom remodel and hall bath remodel. The project is currently in progress, so far, so good. Great price and great value! Kevin does most of the work himself. We like contractors that get their own hands dirty. Not so good at returning calls in a timely manner, but still a pleasant man to work with. Very detailed invoice/contract.... More later, Ella"

"Josh did a great job replacing our ceiling. The job took longer then expected but overall a great job. I would hire again if needed."

"Eugenio and his team were incredible. Other contractors gave us estimates that were three times as high and estimated twice as long to do the work. Family Remodeling was efficient, meticulous, and handled every inevitable curve ball with ease. We couldn't be happier with the outcome."
