The salespeople are professional, the business is not. They contract out the work which anyone can do on their own accord. And in their advertising they say most jobs are between 10,000 and 20,000, don't believe that for a moment. If my opinion, the only thing this company does well is hire the right people to get you to sign on the dotted line. To anyone reading this, no I would not recommend this company. And to DaBella (owner) don't bother replying, I know you don't care."

During this time, I spoke to their staff on multiple occasions. I was frequently given conflicting information. Compounding the communication problem, "Home Pros" sub-contracts their jobs-- so a 2nd company delivered the materials and a 3rd sent the work crew. When questions or issues came up, no one on site knew anything. So I had to contact the main office in Eugene. From the beginning, I requested the use of tarps to help contain the mess. My concerns were dismissed. And the crew waited until after dark to do any clean up-- so, naturally, they missed some. The morning after the roof was completed, I found a dozen old nails in my parking spot alone. I'll be much more careful who I hire in the future."
