The installation team worked efficiently to complete the installation in less time than estimated. they protected the affected work area, did an impressive installation job, and cleaned up completely. "when tech showed up the dryer seemed to be working and heating however it did not when I called, seemed the heating element was cracked creating and off and on working condition. I went ahead to repair the problem by purchasing a new heating element. I was surprised however that the tech expected me to pay in full before he ordered the part and repaired the problem, but I did using my credit card knowing if there was a issue the credit card co. would have my back, The part was order and Alex fixed it as soon as it came in and was great"

"We have done business with them for a while. When they fix something, it generally ends up getting fixed. The overall experience was average. The price was good. The material they used was inferior. I felt that they recommended an inferior grade of toilet that was more costly than it needed to be, so I would render it an F. They came back twice to fix problems with the toilet. I don't expect someone to have come back to fix something that is new. They came when they said they would come. They recommended a certain kind of toilet, which I don't think was that good, and it was too expensive. We are not planning to use this provider again."
