"We have an auto-maintenance agreement with The Door Refinishing Co, Inc( HappyDoors) and are 100% satisfied with their service. Several years ago (5-7) they refinished out faded and finished damaged front door. It is brutalized with the western setting sun. Since that time we have a refinsh agreement every 6 months ($79.95) and our front door appears new and beautiful year round ! And, we don't have to be home or leave door ajar during and after the maintenance (but you do for initial refinish but door is completely sealed with plastic to prevent wind and dust from home and refinished door). We are so happy to have found this company with prices, availability, punctuality, coutesy, and professionalism ! Complete refinishing of course took a little time and maintenance is done rather quickly. No inconvenience at all on maintenance ! We would use no one else for our doors !"

So far for us they have repaired cracks in the ceilings of two houses, and made floor to ceiling repairs to another home after it flooded. "The install went smoothly and Sergio was very professional. I did not realize until I began using my patio however, that he placed the trim around my dinning room door over to far and I have to force my door open and closed. The caulk that he used ran out and he had another container in his truck and it wasnt a good container at all. The caulk has left a yellow tone on all of the joint in my master bedroom and I can tell that the angles arent as flush as they should be. Upon calling, and texting Sergio to this day I am yet to hear back from this company so that the issue' s can be rectified. I read the reveiws and everyone seemed tohave loved his work but to me it wasnt the greatest job ever. All I want is for my phone call to be returned and set up a new appointment so he can come back and correct his errors as he was paid in full and on time. Now I am searching for another crown molding installer and hopefully the new company will do a better job and have great attention to detail. <br />"

"Technician arrived, demonstrated the damper did not need to be replaced, inspected a clean chimney, explained if we wanted to use the fireplace how to properly prepare it so flames don’t inappropriately shoot into the home. We were able to book the company with about a day’s notice. Very courteous by phone, very courteous in person. Will certainly call when we’re closer to winter."
