"Over the past 5 years, Joseph and Sons completed several projects for us. These projects include demolishing and replacing cement front steps, adding a portico over the front steps and adding a wet laid natural thermal bluestone front walk. "We had water leaking into our crawlspace. It was a mess. The rugs we laid down to make crawling easier were soaked with foul-smelling liquid. Boxes of pictures were ruined. Contaminated items needed to be thrown away. It was a disaster. At first, we thought it may have come from a leak from a recently installed water heater. We contacted the installer (AJ Perri) to look at it. He said that it wasn't from the heater. He assumed it was water from outside and suggested we get a sump pump. We weren't entire convinced that was the case or the cause, so we reached out to plumbers here on Angie's--including Good Tidings. They had someone come over right away to look that problem. He looked (and smelled) the water and said it was from the sewer line, thinking there was a clog. It turned out the pipe was at fault and needed to be replaced. The plumbers Good Tidings sent were professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. They solved the issue, as we are no longer getting disgusting water in our crawlspace. In another plumbing-related problem, we'd be sure to call again!"
