"Weaver did very well with our basement finishing. They did get the way we wanted things done, which was a bit unique, but they did miss a few things, like not understand we were going to take care of some things that were non-standard ourselves (because they were non-standard.). They also did leave us hanging a little at the end - we still never got our light switch at the end of the stairs hooked back up to the light, nor found out how to change the cam lights, but at some point I just gave up, cause they were kinda done with us after they got their last payment. Generally good to work with, they did have a bit of a time getting workers due to COVID, and there were some small less than desirable messes left. But thatâ  s small compared to the overall work, which was good. So Iâ  m pretty happy overall."

"From the beginning of my project in January 2024, I have never regretted my decision to choose Ethos Building Group LLc. Jeh Johnson and his partner Tracy Herod have worked diligently to execute the itemized proposal that began this project to rehab, restore, and rebuild my home at 607 Wilmington ave. St. Louis MO 63111. An incredible number of tradesmen and tradeswomen have done their individual tasks all on a schedule professionally overseen by Jeh. These liscensed and masters of their trades worked alongside Jeh who if necessary stepped in and aided e these individuals. His overall expertise has brought my home to this point. One must keep in mind that a burnout like my home is an unusal job for Ethos Buildig Group LLc to accept. Yet at every stage my home has been given the same careful and thorough attention as their larger jobs. And despite some push back with my insurance company every thing has proceeded smoothly and orderly manner given the inevitable supply chain delays. Jeh Johnson is an affable young man who has facilitated all phases my prject and has even taken time to educate me on all the intricacies involved in a project such as mine. I cannot think of any single word to describe my experience with Ethos Building Group LLc but the forgoing will have to suffice. Thanks you for your kind attention. "Finding someone trustworthy that does a great job with great customer service is hard to do. When the project is expensive it makes it more nerve wracking to decide who to go with. If you are lucky enough to find someone that checks those boxes, they become your go to people for your projects and as well as who you recommend. A few years ago I had Hoffman replace my driveway and was completely happy with their service from initial contact to completion. Years later I’m still completely satisfied with my decision to use them. Recently I decided to pour a shed pad and replace an old back patio. There wasn’t a doubt in my mind on who I should call. Like last time the entire experience was top notch. Jessica is amazing to work with from the start and is very friendly and communicative. The owner Mark really cares about the quality of work and clearly appreciates your business. His son, who runs the concrete crew, is also awesome to work with and really cares about a customer-first approach and performing quality jobs. The rest of the crew is also very engaging and respectful and performs high quality work. If you or someone you know is looking for concrete work I cannot recommend them enough. I have a high expectation for work done at my house and they exceed those expectations. You cannot go wrong giving them a call and having them perform the work.
