He set up a camera and confirmed his suspicions of raccoons, as well as baited traps. In two days, he caught two raccoons - no more noise in the attic! He left the baited trap out to assure there were no more raccoons, but ended catching a skunk and an opossum! He is extremely knowledgeable of many animals and their habits; he is very kind and professional, and kept me well informed at all times. He is prompt, dependable, and courteous. And, as an added bonus, he can repair the soffit damage! I hope I never have this problem again, but I know who to call if I do.
