"I am very detail-oriented person which means I have high expectations. Let me start off by saying: my car looks great! Details missed that I would have done: front bumper still had bug spots; front fog lights had not been washed; front seat pull-out (for longer legs) had not been cleaned; the gas cap area had not been washed; the tail pipes were not washed. I specifically asked for my seat belts and leather seats to be cleaned and they didn't look much better. I will give them the benefit of the doubt on those because I don't know whether they can be cleaned closer to the original condition or not. Positives: they got crud off of the paint surface that drips down from the crappy garage I have to park in; interior very clean; smells good and they are VERY NICE PEOPLE."

"Randy and his crew showed up on time and had all the windows tint all pre-cut for my windows. Randy's crew laid down blankets and wore shoe covers. they were very friendly and took time to explain the process of installation. after they were done, Randy explained what to expect during the drying out time, and how to clean the windows. I was very pleased with the window tinting and the way Bi-State Glass Coatings conducted business. I would highly recommend them to anyone. The window tinting really works great."
