The price was so reasonable compared to one other quote we received that we decided to also replace the flooring, vanity and wall mirror. "DJ Custom Cabinets (Don Dockery, owner) is a wonderful company to use for custom cabinet work. Last year we thought replacing the kitchen countertops and painting the walls would make our kitchen look more modern. After the work was completed, we realized that we should have replaced the kitchen cabinets as well. We had several contractors look at the cabinets and give us their opinion. We determined that DJ Custom Cabinets was the right team for the job. It was absolutely the right decision! Don has been in this line of business for over 45 years and felt 99% confident that he could put in new kitchen cabinets without removing the new countertops. He built a complex set of braces to hold up the countertops and was successful at removing the lower cabinets without any damage to the new countertops. He then slid the new lower cabinets under the braced countertops with no damage to the countertops. He replaced all the other cabinets as well. It was amazing to watch him do this. The cabinets are beautiful. His work is absolutely the best. Don and his team are great with communication and very respectful. We never had a call that wasn’t answered or returned quickly. "I hired JCG to renovate a primary and secondary bathroom. The secondary bathroom was a tub to shower conversion and included replacing the tile flooring. The primary bathroom replaced the tile floor, the tile shower, and removed a drop-in bathtub replacing with a freestanding tub. Both conversions required drains to be moved but the drain in the primary bathroom needed modifications to the concrete subfloor to relocate the drain for the new bathtub. JCG made some good recommendations that we really liked while doing both remodels and their focus was on quality. Being professional contractors, they've seen a number of updates to homes and they brought experience to our remodel. The secondary bathroom had a challenge that was caused by the original builder of the house. There was an issue with the shower framing that would require the studs to be torn down and reframed to completely correct the issue. JCG's crew made recommendations to work around the imperfections from the original house builders and made the conversion look great! This team has an eye for quality! They accounted for unexpected issues and still made the end results look great. The crew was extremely friendly and courteous every time they were in our house. Completely happy with both our bathrooms and will call JCG again when we have work to be done next year!"

They repaired drywall in two areas of my home - one where my child pushed on a toilet paper holder and another near the bathtub that looked like it might have black mold. The technician was very professional, took the time to explain everything he was doing, and even gave helpful suggestions to prevent issues like this in the future. He treated the affected area, patched everything up, and retextured the walls so it all looks good as new - you honestly can’t tell there was ever any damage. I really appreciate the quality of the work and the attention to detail. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing drywall repair!"

"This was our first project with GH Construction. Later we did the bathroom which we reviewed on earlier.
They showed up on time and gave us a great proposal. We got new tile on the floor, new back splash tile, new granite counter tops, a new dishwasher and a new stove. We also got two new wall scones and a new recesses ceiling lighting. All of which we picked out.
It took a few weeks after all the products were ordered and when they started the entire project took about 10 working days. Every one of those days they showed up on time and worked a full day. The guys who did the work were clean and they walled off the rest of the house with plastic curtains. It really helped with the construction debris and when they went home at night, they cleaned up their area.
All in all it was a great experience and I used them again a month later on our bathroom. I would encourage anyone who is looking for a good contractor to contact G.H. Construction Services."
