Dmitry was immediately responsive each time we contacted him, and he scheduled repair technician Tony to come to our home either the same day or the next day. Tony is amazing. He was able to get our old Amana side-by-side refrigerator/freezer working again after two different parts failures, and help us get through the long delivery delays for appliances during COVID until we could get a replacement refrigerator. Tony also quickly diagnosed and repaired a problem with our Magic Chef gas stove/oven, and on another trip with our Maytag dryer. On all these visits Tony was courteous, clear in explaining the problem, and efficient in making the repair via parts replacement at a very fair price. I was the last customer of the day for the fridge guy, Mike, and even though it was late he came, did a thorough inspection of the problem and overall health of the fridge, and then proceeded to do a complex set of repairs that took almost 4 hours. I have never-ever--had a service professional as dedicated to doing what was promised as Mike. Two days later, I had Appliance Tech pros take care of a problem with my Viking oven. While this was not quite as 'heroic' an effort, my tech was extremely knowledgable, did a thorough diagnosis and explained his findings to me, then efficiently made the repairs we agreed to. It is very hard to find great service companies for appliances. Everything seems to be working fine. "It went very well. Washer/dryer are stacked in a very tight closet area. It required getting extra equipment to get them out and separated so the washer could be repaired. Repairs have now been made and he helped us get the washer/dryer on a new rolling base so future repairs will be much easier. I would highly recommend them."
