"This company stands behind their work I highly recommend them! We recently had our hot water tank replaced with a national brand; however, within 6 months the unit was totally out. We called them they showed up immediately and after it was determined that the defective part would have to be ordered and we would be without hot water for two additional days without hesitation they picked up a new tank replaced it no questions asked! Thanks, Carl, for all your professionalism explaining everything you were doing every step of the way."

"I can't thank the guys enough for coming to the rescue. I started a toilet repair that should have been fairly easy, however….. So after realizing the job was too big for me I turned to Angi's list and they connected me to Garner Plumbing. They showed up that afternoon and had the job fixed within a half an hour or just a little more. I feel very confident in the work they did and they were very nice to work with. Would definitely recommend them to anyone needing plumbing service and the Jefferson, Athens, Winder area ."

"BUYER BEWARE! Had a pipe leak within my wall. Caught it fairly early with minimum damage. The Roto Rooter rep Brian came out and inspected and said I needed water mitigation based off the moisture in my walls. When I say the leak wasn't that bad, it really wasn't! He stated that my insurance company would cover it all and that he deals with my particular company all the time and not to worry. I obviously was taken back by the cost of almost 4k! Fast forward, my insurance company are questioning duplicate charges and Roto-Rooter is saying I owe almost 3k or a lien will be placed on my property! This whole water mitigation is a scam and the salesman did not tell the truth. They should have picked up their fans a lot earlier than they did. I'm sure they were trying to milk all the money they could. Over 5k for a bunch of fans in my home. I WILL NEVER REFER ANYONE TO THIS PLACE! Contacting my lawyer and will have my day in court if necessary. BUNCH OF SCAM ARTISTS IF YOU ASK ME!"
