"Fortune Plumbing was great! They responded to our call and were able to come out the next day to look at what we needed and provide an estimate. The technician, Ian, was very friendlly, extremely professional, polite, and informative. The work was completed for the quoted price (which was a very good price) and he even made some improvements to the existing plumbing and also gave us some plumbing education. We will call them again for any plumbing needs."

"The work that was performed was satisfactory. The water pressure in both sinks is now much better. However, technically, only the kitchen sink had any billable work done on it where a stop valve was replaced on the hot water line. After replacing the stop valve and turning it back on, the hot water still did not work properly. It took some additional cleaning out of the faucet and lines before the hot water worked satisfactorily. Because of this, it made me wonder if the stop valve was really the problem or not. The sink in the half bath was examined and I was told that a new cartridge was needed. After leaving and indicating that they had visited two supply houses, the plumber's returned and said the particular cartridge was not available. Since we did not desire to install a new faucet, the original cartridge was replaced and the plumbers left with the stop valves to the sink turned off. I turned them on later just to see what would happen and the water worked just fine again. We did have to return the items that were removed by the plumbers for access from under both sinks ourselves after they left."

"Great job, Excelsior arrived earlier than expected after checking to be sure it was OK to come early. When they arrived the immediately went to work removing the old water heater wasting no time. The job was completed within a couple of hours. The work was high quality and the new water heater works well. I checked several other plumbers and his pricing is in line with other plumbers in the area. Netting it down, excelsior does quality work in the time frame promised and at a reasonable price. What else can you ask for --They will be my "go to" plumber."

"Man I have to say that A1 Rooter Plumbing was a God send. I had multiple other company come out and do work for me and time after time I paid money and the problem wasn't fixed. A1 came out and sloved all of my problems and at a cheaper cost then the ones that didn't even fix my problems. "The owner was responsive to provide a bid and started work on the agreed upon day. The foundation repair seems to be of good quality and I would recommend them for this type of repair. They work met all expectations for this portion of the project. We included a small tuck pointing project on a wall and masonry refinishing of a porch step as part of the contract. This small part of the project overshadows the entire job based on the poor quality of work. The pictures below show the tuck pointing AFTER the first attempt to fix the problem. They did not even touch the worst bricks at the top and poorly applied masonry on the bottom part as shown in the picture. On the step, they patched the a portion that was flaking and left the remainder of the step untouched. The owner said he didn't think we had agreed to fix the whole step (why would anyone only patch one foot of a six foot step? ...and it was specified in the contract). He made the requested repairs after the first attempt and less than two weeks later, the second picture shows the end results. It crumbled like sand without touching it! I emailed the owner and asked how he would like to handle the situation and he never responded back. Masonry work is not their specialty....Floors Sag and Shake doesn't apply to masonry! I don't normally write reviews, but I can't let this go without sharing."
