While most of the companies replies were automated texts or emails, Alex took the time to call directly and schedule a time for him to complete repairs. He had an availability on the same day, luckily! He was friendly, and completed the repair quickly. When I told him that most companies sent out an automated reply, he chuckled and said, "I like talking to the people!" I appreciate this!! He completed the repair before any of the companies even reached out to give a quote!! If I could give him 20 stars I would. This dryer was out for months, and Alex got it back up in less than an hour."

"I have choice home warranty, as well as many of these other reviews. They were assigned to fix my dish washer, and it was never fixed. I now have to pay another service call fee to get it "fixed". Professional Appliance was reassigned and have cancelled and rescheduled 4 times on me now. What a joke. I've been without a dishwasher for 6 months. I would have been better off just getting a new one from the beginning."

"This visit was just a fall check up. But I purchased the units from them going on 5 years ago and they have since given me great service. I took their maintenance policy, which was very affordable . Their techs (Justin) are great. Very knowledgeable and give helpful hints to get the most from my units. Having delt with other companies through the years. I can't say enough good things about BJ's H&A. Do not hesitate to call them."

"My chest freezer broke down and I did not want to buy a new one since I could not afford the same size. I reached out to appliance parts pro and they were confident that what I ordered would fix my problem. $200 in parts later and I now have a broken freezer on my porch and am still paying the loan to this terrible company. They just want you to order parts and try them because they know you can't return them. I hate this company with every fiber of my being and will make sure that anyone that has a broken appliance will not use them. To top it off, their site is so screwed up that it give you an error trying to log back in. I ended up having to create THREE different accounts because every time I went to place a new order, it would not let me login and it would not send a password reset email. DON'T GET RIPPED OFF."
