I was stood up several times without any one contacting me to let me know they weren’t showing. Totally frustrated I wanted to speak with the owner or at least the manager to let them know. I called and specifically asked for either one. I was told he was unavailable but was assured he would call me back. Needless to say I never heard from him. After spending $43000, the courtesy of a return call would have been appreciated."

Brothers resided our new home, replaced the roof, gutters, soffits, flashing of the chimney, replaced a new window, and pitched part of one of our chimney's. The work was impeccable. The owner was available for questions, the foreman was approachable, the workers kept the property neat, and our home looks brand new on the exterior. "This company is awful! I had all my windows replaced by them. And not 3 years later the seals popped. I called to get replacements cause you are supposed to have a lifetime warranty, they tell me they will not replace them due to using a different manufacturer which I don?t know how they can even push that onto the consumer. Finally after weeks of fighting g they ?say? there gonna do the right thing and replace the windows to only have rescheduled on us 3 times so far. This company is a joke. "
