"We live in a house that has a flat roof. It's also down a hill so you look down at my roof as you approachmy home. That's why the appearance is so important to us. I had several "flat roof experts" come look at the job and walk away. Bill (the son) didn't even blink. He immediately gave us the confidence needed to know these guys are the real deal. They took two layers of tar & gravel roof off my house and installed a high tech membrane and insulation. They had to drop the old roof down to the ground then hump it up the stairs into the dumpster. They came with 9 guys, Antonio was the crew chief. The nicest guys. And when they left, my property looked clean, without a single shrub or flower out of place. And the new roof is beautiful. Bill (the father) was here to supervise and really added to our confidence and satisfaction. I don't write a lot of reviews, but these guys deserve the shout out."

"We were extremely happy with the work performed by H&M. Moises, Hector and crew were courteous and did whatever needed to please us. They did most of the renovation in our condo......painting, installation of bathroom cabinets, sink, installed tile floor, etc. They also installed vinyl flooring in our kitchen, living and dining rooms. They had a plumber replace our heating baseboard, I would highly recommend H&M if you want excellent work done!!"

"Santa Maria Roofing Company did an amazing job on the exterior of my house. Jose and his team were incredibly professional, respectful, and efficient. "Antonio, at Greenovative, was great. I really enjoyed his professionalism. He and his crew found creative ways to decrease the price of the project. We are happy we gave Greenovative this project. Honestly, we will use them again."

"The entire process was very professional. The sales agent came out in April and gave us an estimate and we signed a contract with him a couple months later. The door and custom transom took approximately 8 weeks, which was a little longer than we anticipated, but it was well worth the wait. My husband and I are both happy. High quality materials and excellent installation. We will definitely work with them again."

"Everything went great Pete and Paul and their crew were excellent! Very professional. They did a great job and left everything spotless! When tearing down the existing siding, they found water damage on one corner of the garage. They did all needed repairs at a fair price."
