"He came and looked at the kitchen and bathroom gave me a figure and got paid and never came back or returned calls. He came and looked at the kitchen and bathroom, he stated that he will do everything and that everything was included, he came me a place to go and place an order for cabinets and bathroom supplies, I went and then he came back to take measurements and then stated that I would have to buy everything myself, then I said no just do the bathroom and gave him a check for 30,000. He never sent the kitchen layout and when my family looked over the contract, he stated that he had to remove counter tops and there were none to remove and the work that he was going to do was not what he stated. He texted that he was going to call me back and never did."

Most durable and beautiful with lowest VOC's Bona waterborne polyurethanes used. All kind of flooring installations, parquet, herringbone, borders, inlays etc. in both, glued and nailed down systems. The pictures of the new flooring speak for themselves but if it isn’t obvious, Marcin and his team did a tremendous job. Marcin also sanded and refinished my staircase and another spare bedroom. The spare bedroom flooring was completed by another company a couple of years back and it’s obvious that I made the wrong decision by not initially hiring Marcin for the job. "Spagnoli Flooring replaced our floors in May 2023. They did a spectacular job right from material recommendation / selection to installation. They recommended Mirage Floors for materials. We selected Sierra red oak engineered hardwood, 3/4 inch thick. It was perfect for our needs & exudes a certain warmth & richness throughout the entirety of the space. The installation process was streamlined. They moved furniture from one side of the apartment to the other as they proceeded with installation. New baseboards were modern. They replaced a wooden saddle on the bathroom threshold & installed a new saddle on the kitchen threshold - both marble - with the same high-quality workmanship seen in the overall floor install. Their workers - including project manager, were professional & courteous, & protected the apartment while working in it. Their customer service & back-office support was exemplary ensuring Certificate of Insurance (COI), job scheduling & payment processing went smoothly. They also proactively ensured the home owner received a rebate that the materials supplier happened to offer at the time of ordering materials. Overall, a great experience! We love our new floors! Have already recommended them to a friend. Will continue doing so & will definitely use them on future projects."
