"About a year ago, I had a leak from my downstairs toilet. A plumbing company came out, said it just needed an extra seal and assured me that would fix the issue. I paid $475 and the leak did stop for a while. However, they never checked the basement or looked into anything else that could cause a long-term problem. A few months later, the leak came back. That’s when I called Robinson Plumbing and they sent out Julius and Gavin. These two were excellent. They didn’t just treat the symptom, they took the time to fully investigate the issue. They discovered that the toilet was sitting crooked and after checking further, found that the main drainpip in the basement was also misaligned. To fix it properly, they had to cut the drain and reinstall the PVC pipe so everything would sit correctly. They did a phenomenal job, and you can tell they truly care about doing things the right way, not just a quick fix. I highly recommend Robinson Plumbing, and especially Julius and Gavin. "

"Josh showed up on time. He even came on a Sunday morning to get the concrete footers dug and poured, so the pergola construction could start first thing on Monday morning. He and John finished the pergola in 3 days and cleaned up the mess completely. There was no damage to the yard - you could hardly tell they were there - except for the beautiful new pergola. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />The next week Josh brought Geoff in to break up the old concrete patio. They had to use some big jackhammers and for a short time there was a lot of noise. We were not home, but Josh was thoughtful enough to remove cooking pottery and bowls from the shelves in the kitchen next to where the work was being done. He was afraid that the vibration from the jackhammers might cause items to fall off the shelves. My wife was impressed and very pleased with this personal service. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Geoff had to frame in a new rectangular pit for our double basement window and it turned out much better that the original. The new concrete was poured last week, and the flagstone installed this week, and it is hard to believe it is the same patio and breezeway. They had to shorten the door to the garage to clear the new flagstone and cut it to fit in the doorway. Everything was done nicely and It is very beautiful. This morning the yard and patio is cleaned up and all of the furniture moved back. The only remaining item is a grate over the window pit. I am sure Josh will get this done in a few days. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Overall the work is fantastic and came out even better that I expected. I really do not know how they did such a nice job using expensive materials for the price Josh charged. <br />"
