"They were great to get started with. Called right away in the morning after I put my request in after hours. We discussed and I sent pictures for further discussion. And they could make it out right away. They arrived within the window and I was called 15-20 minutes before arrival with plumber s name. He arrived wearing a mask which is a good sign for Coronavirus Quarantine but urgent plumbing situation. And lastly he didn t try to fake a job when the solution was rather simple nor make fun of me when it was really ridiculously simple. If I d only looked at the pipes. Ha ha. I didn t tell the guy who came out that I have enough experience with home projects that I should have been able to figure out where the shutoff valve was myself. I don t know about significant quality of work and not sure how much I m paying yet. They gave a quote for a service fee and their hourly rate which seems fair. I m just not sure if my mistake will mean both charges."

"Calco did a great job from start to finish! Leo did a great job helping us design the new shower stall. Jarod came in to do the final measurements and give some additional suggestions for the design. Pierce and Valero were my installers. They did an incredible with the installation. They explained everything they were expecting to accomplish, from demolition to the finishing touches on the job. Pierce and Valero did a great job with the cleanup, too. They left nothing behind. This review wouldn't be complete without acknowledging Val. She kept everything on track and kept an open line of communication from start to finish. "Luxury Bath is known for their shower replacements. Our shower never looked better. The only issue I had is with some of the finishing touches with the rest of our bathroom remodel. They swapped out our vanity and did not bother patching the walls before putting in the new one. There was also a minor plumbing issue with our sink. Luxury Bath did come back and address all of our problems on the third go around. The finished product does look great."

"This was the second time we used H L Bowman for our plumbing needs and we have been impressed both times. Their plumbers are prompt, courteous, and friendly, in addition to being great at their craft. For this visit, I had a leak under a kitchen sink and did not realize that I needed to have the entire faucet replaced. The plumber recommended the closest plumbing supply store and waited while I selected the one I wanted. He efficiently did the replacement. Very happy with H L Bowman and would highly recommend them."
