I had two bathroom vents just blowing that humid air into my attic making it worse and he fixed those up to code. The crew was very polite and made sure to clean up well after completing the work. "It was a very bad situation, the main pipe on top of the house was struck by lightning and it caused alot of tearing out to be done on the inside...Jimmy from ASAP Plumbing and his helpers were there evryday for about a week and a half from early morning until 5:00....They were always professional and kept me informed step by step what they were doing....They also had to call in a restoration company to dry out the walls. <br />"

"Their work was okay but the problem is that they started the job they wouldn't finish it because I had to call somebody to correct it. The other person don't know what they're supposed to do so they came back and they said they haven't done it right. I needed them to come back because we need this to get finish. But they said it will take them a couple of weeks for them to come back. I've called them 4 times to try to get somebody to come sooner and nobody calls me back, they're totally ignoring me and I'm worried about my basement flooding."

The whole house filter is a WONDEFUL thing - they don't install low grade product, but the price was definitely right :) We had a leak we didn't know about until after the filter was installed - Kenny came out on a Saturday and took care of it for us. He did a fabulous job, and definitely took care of us. I'll hire them again anytime!"
