"Mr. Barney was booked up and wanted to fit me in sometime next week but told him that my grandmother had passed away and I would be out of town so we can plan for the following week but Mr. Barney said no he would fit me in this week and came and did the great job that he did on Saturday.. That really touched my heart.. When he got here he took down and replaced the microwave in no time, then onto my closet, he was able to reuse the rack that had fell initially and he made sure that everything I needed to replace the rack he had with him so I wouldn't have to get anything. He put the rack up made sure it was anchored into the studs this time and fixed all the holes in the wall that the other rack had caused. Also upon coming into the door in the kitchen through the garage he noticed my door frame was loose and needed to be fixed he repaired this for me at no extra charge.. "Aaron and his team did a great job. Were very friendly and easy to work with.   I obtained three quotes for the work and they were the lowest.  They worked well with mostly suggestive plans as the work changed as the project came together.  Only down side was that costs (as is typical), were high when there were change orders.  I know they didn't think so, but I felt some of the costs of the changes were high, but the quality of the work was very good.  Our house is a historic one in downtown Charleston and was anything but easy to work on.  Aaron (the owner) did work with me on price to try and keep the costs minimized..,   I would use Aaron again and would gladly recommend him for repair and deck work. <br />"
