He told me office would be in touch they scheduled a quote bid for 9/23/2020 many weeks after tech was here, so after bid it will be one to two weeks before relocation of generator and service. Process is taking way to long I was willing to advance pay if they brought materials on 9/23 and complete proper install. It’s Hurricane season. They also billed me for the maintenance which he could not do because he said it was out of. Code."

Mr. John Sherlock arrived at the time and date specified to give us an estimate.  He returned the following day with his assistant and performed the job in one day.  He installed 26 copper lightning rods on the flat roof of our 7,000 square foot home.  These rods were connected with 500 feet of heavy duty copper cable and were grounded at three points with ground rods going down through the drainpipes into the ground. All parts of the system were securely attached to the roof.  He did a neat job and cleaned up all excess materials.  We were very pleased with the job him did.  Since installation of the lightning rod system we have had no trouble with lightning striking the house or causing power outages or surges.

"I don't recall the price. It was likely for a whole electric inspection kind of thing or maybe to look at the actual system. Everything was good. I remember he was good. He had a lot of little suggestions that I didn't do for the little things. I didn't take any of that. He was very responsive. They called me a number of times before coming and the person was on time. He was good. I had a thing that we wanted to change. He tried quite a bit to do that, although it was not part of the description. He called other people and figured out it could not be done so he left it. The point was that he tried. He went out of the way to do that additional stuff, but he did not charge for that. He didn't do it actually, but he spent time trying to do it."

Our service technician Ryan,installed a whole home surge protector and a new outlet for our TV above the fireplace. He arrived promptly and addressed our concerns without trying to sell us anything we didn’t need.
