At first, we were only going to do the upstairs bedrooms and baths, but after seeing how great of job they did, we decided to let them install this same materials on the first floor. The result is PHENOMENAL. Every joint between each plank was tightly fit together, zero gap. Yuri is THE MAN. We also had them sand and re-stain steps for our staircase to match the flooring. Not only was I thrilled with the quick installation but also the price, which was $2 sq/ft for good quality snap/click type flooring on a very clean and level floor. (I provided materials.) Steve was on time, professional and resourceful when it came to details like making sure the thresholds were done properly and in making the areas adjacent to a fireplace look good. He took pride in his work and made sure it was done right. Based on this experience I'll definitely be using Cransten again. Scheduling and payment were super easy as well."

They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up.
