"Our job was a first-class operation from start to finish. After the break was repaired, Armando ran a camera and found lots of standing water. He recommended hydroflushing the pipe, which cleaned out a lot of roots, and then he was able to see further up the line, and found an even worse break. After digging up more cement and excavating more pipe, they realized that they had to undo the first repair and replace about 10 feet of the pipe. Armando also recommended that we install a two-way clean-out near the house, which would be set flush into the new cement, and would make dealing with any future problems much easier. All the workers were polite and friendly, and did excellent, careful, and thorough work, despite the 100-degree plus heat. Armando is especially outstanding: he is very knowledgeable and experienced; he explained things very well; and he kept in good communication with us about when the workers were coming (they were always on time). He applies himself to the work with energy and enthusiasm, and treats the customer with consideration and warmth. When the job turned out to be much more complicated, Armando gave us a fair price for the additional work, and also gave us a discount for using Angie’s List. I cannot remember a better experience with a home repair contractor!"

"Called to have kitchen sink faucet replaced. Faucet installed quick with friendly professional service. Before leaving I asked Taylor if he would look at a leak I had in front flower bed. He said sure no problem. He found that the main water line had a leak and water was flowing freely. He advised us of the severity of the leak and presented two options for repair. We opted to go with the complete replacement. Taylor then made a call and was quickly joined by Adam. They both got to work around mid afternoon and had the new water line replaced from the water main up to the house with new house shut off values and irrigation lines installed by staying on the job till around 8 PM, so that we would have water with no inconvenience. I would highly recommend Dependable Rooter and Plumbing!!! Very professional, friendly quick service. Techs very knowledgeable and willing to help. Job performed as promised and price quoted. "The shower wouldn’t shut off he came out on a sunday. Thought it was just a valve replacement but the fixture was to old and repiped and put new fixtures in. I’ll say it again I live in Elk Grove and he same down from el dorado hills. Definitely quality work !!"

"I had previously used this plumbing company to install new faucets after I had tried to repair on my own. The owner, Mike, came after I found it impossible to complete the job. He worked (in a very cramped space) with difficulty and got the job done. I was so pleased by the service, I called upon him again as we gave the master bathroom a makeover and new faucets were in the plan. We provided the faucets and Mike once again crawled into the small cramped spaces and got the job done. I would normally give the company my highest marks all around, but the item that needs remarking about was the phone communication aspect of the service. Mike was forced to leave after one faucet was completed to address another waiting job (The first faucet was more difficult to remove than anticipated and took much additional time). He said he would return later that night. I felt it unnecessary for him to work at night and agreed for his return the next day. He never showed up and neither he or his office did not call. I called the office and received no call back (his wife takes his office calls). It wasn't until the evening that I heard back and was told that he would be there the next day. He did arrive and I was told of a particularly difficult job that kept him from returning the next day. He has a cell phone. I felt a call back would have gone a long way toward a more satisfactory communication.
As to his work, he is an experienced plumber with a high level of attention to the task at hand. Upon completion, he left us with a high level of satisfaction. On his way out I inquired about some leakage coming from the downstairs toilet that had just begun. He quickly identified the problem. We made a new appointment. He arrived on time and got the job of installing a new seal quickly. Again we were satisfied with his work. On this job, phone issues were not present. I would hire him again without question.
