I would have lost this house if Iâ d have bet on it, that it was opossums in my attic. Chris said looked like raccoons to him, from the claw marks on the tree and other things. Lived here 20 years and NEVER saw a raccoon. He was right!! Trapped 3 and got them out of my attic. Always came by to check the traps. Never had to stay on top of him. Dependable. Also had bats behind a shutter on the front of the house. He cleaned out the bat poop and got rid of 9 bats! I thought I had 2. But nope. I counted them as they flew out! He also sort of â inspectedâ /looked around and found termite trails. Called my termite company and yep. They had missed it! He hadnâ t. They placed plugs with poison. "I had a large infestation of bats in my attic, and I really didn't know where to start with the process of getting rid of them and my attic restored. A friend of mine recommended Critter Capture. I called and the owner personally came to give me an inspection and estimate. Turns out I had large amounts of bat guano all over my attic which had caused a huge, smelly mess. Critter Capture evacuated the bats. They removed the attic insulation which was really messed up from the bat guano and urine. They vacuumed and cleaned the attic and replaced my old insulation with blown insulation. They sealed up my gable vents to prevent any re-entry. They also replaced some rotten wood in another outside area of my house which could have possibly been used as an animal entry point, and they painted the wood. I was very pleased with the work they did for me. They are courteous, professional, punctual, trustworthy, knowledgeable and do quality work.
