"Project started on time. Shingles were delivered in a truck that was too large to get under trees over drive so they needed to placed on ground and manually carried up on ladders. Supplier stated that Infinity should have informed them of the site and they would have delivered with an appropriate sized truck. If I would not have been home to stop them from driving up drive, I don't know how much damage to trees and lawn would have occurred. My biggest criticism was the lack of supervision on site. Before we signed on, I was told that there would be full time supervision. The project manager showed up a few times during the day but did not stick around to supervise the workers. Each time I went outside I asked who was in charge, never got the same name. Individuals came and left, no consistent supervisor that reviewed the work approach and quality. On our roof, siding needed to be cut to install new flashing. They had no process to cut the siding. Not even a line was not struck, a jig was not used and the result was butchered siding, that they would have just filled with excessive calk. The project manger did not do or say anything about the quality, they would have collected their money and left if I did not object forcefully and withheld payment. The crews did not protect the gutters and damaged three sections severely when carrying up the shingles. Cleanup was generally good, some minor damage to shrubs but within reason. The good news was that they did respond with corrective repairs. Their siding crew replaced the heavily butchered siding and their gutter crew replaced the damaged gutters , so in the end we were satisfied and paid the bill in full. The process was more stressful than it should have been. If I did it again I would require a commitment in writing on a full time supervisor, the same one from start to finish."

"Right from our very first time meeting with Right Choice Construction, we were impressed! The salesman, Tony, was so personable and really took the time to listen to our needs. He helped us pick out the best windows for our budget and the functionality that we needed. To put icing on the cake, a few days after we had signed our contract, we got a package in the mail. Fresh baked cookies in a tin that said Thank You and Right Choice Construction Mugs. I've never heard of a business doing such a nice and thoughtful thing! Plus the cookies were really good :D This company even sent out a second person, Matt, to re-measure all of the windows and make sure they were the kind that we had wanted. To me, that is just high-quality work and professionalism! It was also nice because he was able to give us a ballpark time frame of when they would be put in (which the windows arrived earlier than expected so they were installed and done with weeks before their prediction, that's a plus in my book!) Fast forward to the installation days. My husband and I both had to work when they were going to be here but that actually worked out just fine. It was only a two-day installation but each day that we got home, they had cleaned up our house really well, leaving no mess behind. Once they were finished, the owner of the company, Rich, came over and did a walk-through with us, making sure we were satisfied with each and every window. The warranty with this company is phenomenal as well! This company is definitely worth checking out! We highly recommend Right Choice Construction for their excellent customer service, punctuality, professionalism, and down-to-earth people. "Mr. Sullivan brought an assistant and they cleaned our Appleton 2-story Victorian home's gutters and repaired a spot damaged by an ice dam in last year's severe winter. "I would highly recommend James Clark and Pro Valley Roofing for your roof replacement work. James is very professional and demonstrated excellent customer service throughout the entire process. Having not gone through this process before, I had many questions. James was prompt in returning my phone calls/texts and willing to meet with me when I requested and he answered all questions to my satisfaction. He worked directly with my insurance company and explained the entire process to me. We had to wait until this past April for the roof installation due to Wisconsin winter weather. As soon as the weather allowed, his crew was there and installed the roof. I can't say enough about the work ethic of his crew that did our roof. It was very windy the day they began our job and did the roof tear off. They cleaned up everything around the entire neighborhood. I did not hear one complaint about debris in our neighbors' yards. AMAZING. They day after the completion of our job, James personally came and inspected the job and the cleanup. I have yet to find one nail in our yard. UNBELIEVABLE! Our new roof looks beautiful and we are very happy with the job that was done. Again, James and his crew did an excellent job for us. I would highly recommend them!"

"Scheduling was good but then there was a mixup and had to be rescheduled. Didn't come during the expected window, but it really did not matter for this purpose or my arrangements. The work went smoothly and was very good quality. The added downspout had to be scheduled another day but was also done quickly and with high quality. I would hire them again.
