Shipping actual flooring to me was curbside, I would have paid a bit more for the company to place in my driveway if given the option. Everything was palletized securely, and everything arrived without defects. Pricing came in better than expected, and better than quotes I received from other companies. He had a single person doing carpentry, tile work, flooring, dry wall work, painting, etc. The quality of work was very poor. Furthermore, Geoff is never available and has no time to show up and manage the project. His completion timeline was way off. I ended up terminating project with him. I lost money and time. Be careful hiring Benchmark."
