"Sterling was the amazing, professional and knowledgeable technician who handled this job. He unclogged a washing machine drain that another local plumber claimed was not possible. Sterling's fee for the video camera scoping and drain clearing was less than $350. The other plumber (LEN) claimed it was likely a crushed terra cotta pipe which would require excavation through the concrete, and after consultation with his office came up with an estimate of $3200.
