"I put in a request for septic tank pumping and the first contact (from other company) was crazy high. A Affordable Septic gave a quote that was extremely reasonable and they surely live up to the name. Marty came out this morning; on time or even a bit early. He was extremely kind and helpful. I would definitely recommend this company for anyone needing septic service. I pray God's Blessings on this company and its employees. John 3:16"

"I recently had a toilet installed upstairs, and about a week later, I noticed water stains on the ceiling underneath. It’s been about a month, and the company has still not fixed the leak. Someone came out this weekend and thought he had, then he painted over the water stains, but the paint doesn’t match (he said it would after it dried, but it does not). Right after he left, it became apparent that water was still leaking through. It’s now hard to get answers from the company, and it’s been over a month since the installation. I’m concerned about drywall damage and possible mold."

A septic tank typically lasts 15 to 20 years, depending on the materials used, maintenance frequency, and soil conditions. Regular inspections, proper pumping, and careful water usage can extend its lifespan. Professional maintenance ensures your system remains efficient and helps prevent premature failure.
Your septic tank should be pumped every three to five years. In fact, the recommended interval for pumping is every three to five years, as this schedule effectively prevents the buildup of solids and maintains the system's performance. Factors such as household size, water usage, and the capacity of the tank can influence this interval. Adhering to a regular pumping schedule minimizes the risks of backups and system overload, ensuring efficient operation and longevity of your septic system.
Your septic system shows signs of failing when you detect noticeable odors and unusual moisture, or overly green patches in your yard. In essence, clear indications such as unpleasant smells, gurgling noises from the plumbing, and areas of excessive vegetation or saturation signal that the system may be compromised. Additional symptoms include slow drainage and standing water near the drain field. These warning signs require immediate professional evaluation to prevent severe damage or environmental hazards.
