"During hurricane Sandy, half off my flat roof peeled off and flooded my bedroom, living room and part of my hallway. Will Frisby performed all of my interior work from start to finish. Bottom line, he's going to be my handyman from here on out. He is very pleasant, and shows up everyday on time and gets an amazing amount of work done. The quote was great, compared to other quotes I received for much, much less work. I'm literally getting more than twice as much work done compared with other quotes that I've received. When my bedroom ceiling came down, he noticed that the wiring was done in a very dangerous manner. He notified me, and recommended an electrician. He made sure to be present when the electrician showed up, and made sure I was comfortable working with him. The electrician turned out to be excellent as well, also with great pricing. He's been very patient with the insurance payment hiccups and continued to work even when payments were delayed. He is also very mindful of my own schedule and makes sure he's not imposing too much. My home is old and everything is just a little bit crooked, but now it looks like normal rooms in a normal home. Yay! I have some sort of weird paneled box in my living room that contains the gas meter? He said he had some extra drywall and would like to use that to make it look better. Bonus! My only regret is that I can't afford to have him paint as well, I'll be doing that on my own soon."

"This was our 2nd time using Creative Deck. This review is for customer awareness. We contacted the company and discussed these matters with them before posting this. #1 - Although we are the property/homeowner, you do not have to be home during install. We are nervous homeowners. We took off work to be there. Unlike other construction we have used, Creative has only ONE crew that installs. That weight is on the ONE foreman who will have to take off work unexpectedly. No one showed. #2 - Calls the day of. We were called the morning of and asked "Can they come today?" We felt this "same day" scheduling was very erratic, compared to what we experienced with this company before. #3 - Customers - mark your wires and inform your adjuster. Your buried internet and automower wires are not marked by the Utility company. Inform your adjuster so he/she can help you get these marked. The 3-star rating was a 1-star. The company took time to speak with us about the issues, so we are showing some teamwork. Gary has been there for decades and knows his stuff. The management here - doesn't have time for conversation or empathy. They will throw the paper work back in at you, and you can see that response in their comments to reviews here. Sometime everything legal isn't moral/correct. We aren't sure we will use them again. It just seems sloppy and unorganized for our type of property ownership. I'm sure it would work great for other types of homeowners."

"It went very well.  In fact it went so well, that I received a phone call from a neighbor who happens to work with a neighborhood association to tell me that my "new windows" were not in compliance with the replacement zoning laws.  Ha ha.  Anyway, I informed her that they weren't new windows, they had just been cleaned!  <br /> The inside work was fine as well, although we found a couple of items that were overlooked.  It was easy to resolve however and I would definitely recommend them again. <br />"

The crew arrived on schedule and worked steadily for 11 hours, ensuring no damage to the premises. The end job looked very professional and the area was left "broom clean". Great company!"
