"Dave and Tim were prompt, professional and friendly. They identified the cause of the leak in the guest bath, replaced the faulty faucet and related connections, replaced the old rubber hoses on the washing machine, and repaired a stuck hot water shot off valve. All repairs were tested to ensure there were no leaks or other issues. Prior to leaving Dave and Tim did a walk-through of the house to ensure all other water connections were in good shape and that shut off valves were in working condition. They provided recommendations on a couple items identified during the walk-through, but it was strictly of an informative nature and refreshingly lacking any of the high-pressure sales tactics I've dealt with from other plumbers. All work was completed in less than an hour and I felt the prices charged were very reasonable.
