"Until recently, I would have recommended Power to everyone for window. I had windows in stalled in 2012 and have had some replaced due to the seal leaking an making the windows look dirty. I did not have to pay for the replacements, as there is a LIFETIME WARRANTY on them. I called again in February, due to more window having the same seal leak. I was then informed that it would cost me $188/window pane to be replaced. WHAT??????????? I am the original owner of the windows and have a LIFETIME WARRANTY on these. WHY the heck do I have to pay MORE money for these windows that have a LIFETIME WARRANTY????? I called the manufacturer of the windows and explained to them what the issue was. I was told that Power never filed the warranty with the manufacturer. When I contacted Power about this, they said that their warranty was for LABOR, and the manufacturer no longer makes these windows, so the $188 is for a design change (or something like that). "Called and left messages for over a month to get them to resolve issues. Finally had to go to their office to get someone to talk to me. There was a 1" gap at the back chimney that you could see through from the attic. They assured my wife the flashing had been installed correctly but they would fix. Asked that they check the flashing on the other chimneys which they assured us they did but now have leak in into my bedroom. I will be calling another contractor to fix their poor workmanship."
