"I get a monthly bill for their services. There was some confusion where some of the plants got taken out; one plant that wasn't supposed to be taken out, was taken out, which was okay because at the end of the day it probably should have been taken out anyhow, but it wasn't on the list . So basically, the guys who came to do the landscaping work kinda screwed up. The owner said do you want me to replace that thing that we took out by mistake, and I said no because it probably needed to come out anyhow. It was lapping over into the driveway, but they weren't supposed to take it out. He asked me if wanted to have it replaced and I said no it was fine, and basically what I said was from now on, any time we're doing any kind of landscaping or pruning the bushes or whatever, either he has to be here to supervise it or I have to be here to supervise it. So he did this; he sent us a picture of what should be taken out and the guy still took out the wrong thing. So the agreement we have now is none of that kind of work gets done unless I'm supervising or the owner is supervising. Since there was no damage done, I'd probably make this a B across the board. I have a yearly contract with them. That's how much I respect Turf Master and the guy who owns it, so I keep a yearly contract with them."

"AEP (Arthur) came to my house and within two days his guys did EVERYTHING above and beyond what they were paid to do.  His guys was respectful, punctual and did an OUTSTANDING job.  Roughly 4 years ago I had a fence put in my LM Fencing (they did a terrible job) Arthur and crew came in and installed a 350 ft run that is as perfect as humanly possible.  I WILL use them again for the remainder of my yard.  Arthur, thank you, I could not be happier. <br />"

"If you need a a new fence or need anything that Renato and his company does, hire them. We had used Ram for some vinyl siding work in 2019. They were fast and gave a reasonable price. I text Renato on Sunday night asking if he did fences. He text me back that night, was at my house Monday morning and had an estimate to me Monday night. Price was reasonable and I didn't need to look anywhere else. Renato said he had to wait for materials to come in. He text me 2 days later advising he would be there the next morning to do the job. The fence is great. We love it. Renato is trustworthy and takes pride in his work. I'm not going to use anyone else for anything to do with my house if Renato does it."

"Cary is the contractor all contractors hope to be and every homeowner wishes they called.  Cary answers phone calls, returns texts and is on time.  I originally called Cary for basement waterproofing help, and we decided I could do it myself and he gave me the company to buy everything at.  I then called him to do the concrete pouring for my Garage, and decided it would be best if he also did the site work, so the site would be prepped accordingly for the pour after construction.  Fast forward... He did a beautiful job and is an incredible talent with the backhoe / excavator.  He even was able to drag and place some larger stones on my property to help me start the retaining wall.  Furthermore, Cary fit me in immediately and let me buy the fill directly so I might save money.  The site looks great and the builders arrive Monday. <br />"

"IT was great! I have never had a problem working with this company. The people (from the customer service reps to the billing to the drivers) have all been honest and realistic with expectations, answered all of my questions and never charged me more than what is advertised on their website. Patricia and Victoria have gone out of their way to return my many phone calls on the weekends too. You just don't get customer service these days anymore like the bullbag provides.They came when they said they would, did what they said they would do and did it professionally and pleasantlly. It is a pleasure working with such an honest and reputable company. Especially since the dumpster industry has not been know for this! "I had architectural plans already.  I asked for a bid.  He came quickly and let me know the bid would be ready in a couple of weeks. However, then the head of East Side had a family crisis so he couldn't get me the bid on time. I really wanted to work with them because I was so impressed with their reviews and professionalism, so I asked him just to do a bid for one room of the house so I could get a feeling for their prices.  The winning bid would get the whole house remodel.  <br /> I didn't hear back for quite a while.  After emailing and calling repeatedly for three months, I finally got the bid. I had expected it to be higher than others because of this team's exceptionally high quality and reputed speediness on the actual job. However it was double - that's 100% higher - than the other two bids I'd gotten.  <br /> I don't know if that's because he really didn't want the job because he was too busy or if their prices are really nosebleed compared to competitors.  <br /> In the end I gave the job to another firm who are doing a fine job so far with it.  <br />"
