"I cannot thank the Tub Company enough for their work! We had rust around the overflow of our bathtub that leaked through and caused damage to our first floor ceiling. We were told by others that there was nothing that we could do except replace the tub and estimates were around $5000! Then, thankfully someone mentioned to look into getting the tub refinished instead. I called The Tub Company (Tubco, Inc) and the owner Lenny answered right away, was so pleasant to talk with and assured me that his crew could help us out. The next day, the serviceman Eli showed up, right on time, and was as pleasant as could be. After a few hours, the tub looks brand new, no sign of rust, and within a couple of days we will be able to use the tub again. I would not hesitate to recommend TheTub Company to anyone with a similar situation!

"This company was very easy to deal with from quote to install. Bryan was understanding of our needs and helped steer us toward the right doors that fit those needs down to the smallest details. Their door and window lead installer has years of experience. Any house more than a few years old has some kind of issues on install but their installer was able to adjust and quickly remedy any house issues for a perfect install. Covid slowed down the process of getting the doors built from the factory but I can't hold that against New Transitions and when the doors did come in their scheduler called right away. Bryan was very responsive during the wait time between order and delivery of our doors. I'll be putting this company high on my quote list for my upcoming bathroom remodel."

"Email communication was hit-or-miss.  Sometimes I would get an immediate response, other times weeks went by and I didn't get a response until I prompted them for an update.  The installer was polite and professional but several of the trim pieces were damaged on installation and the fit and finish is not great.  It took over a month to get the damaged parts replaced and one of the replacement parts is also damaged in the same location as the first piece.  It's not noticeable enough that it's worth taking another day off work to have it replaced again, though.  The caulk lines are not very even, the drain is not centered in the floor of the shower, and the trim piece around the shower handle is off-center as well.  I will admit that I can be fussy about these sorts of things and these may not be issues for other people but it's bothersome enough to me that I wouldn't use Re-Bath again.

"Initially thought a 25+ year old toilet needed a new flushing mechanism, but after John evaluated, he noted another "future problem". John discussed options and we decided to replace. Communication w/John outstanding. The next day; John called to schedule a convenient time for installation and provided the option for his associate, Josh, to install the toilet at xx p.m.; or he could do so a little later. Appreciated this courtesy and scheduling option. Josh arrived promptly and he performed the job efficiently, and my bathroom/home was left spotless. Both John and Josh were professional, polite and personable! John stopped by as Josh was finishing the job to ensure satisfaction. Overall, an excellent experience. We will definitely call Mayo Plumbing should we require these services in the future!"
