The contractor said the price was higher because his workers would need to use extra safety gear due to the steep pitch of my roof. They took care of the design work as well as arranging all the subcontracting to perform the construction work. It took a while, as we expected, but they worked overtime to complete on time the one part of the project we needed done by a certain date.
