"Had a great experience with the work we had done. Highly recommended!!"

Pure Plumbing first opened our doors in 2013 and is now a multi-state company. When we first started out, we were a small, family-owned business with employees that could be numbered with the fingers on one hand. However, our commitment to our community and doing right by our customers led us to quickly grow. Word of mouth from happy customers quickly spread our reputation, and our old-school way of doing business kept those customers coming back for all of their plumbing needs. Our goal to to make sure that every experience with Pure Plumbing is a phenomenal one. \n❗️Offering FREE estimates for a limited time only❗️

"Had a water heater installed, it went great"

"Thank you, Chris. It’s never a good time to not have hot water. You fixed our water heater quickly on a Sunday so my family didn’t have to suffer with cold water. We’ll remember you in the future when we have other plumbing needs. Thanks!"

"TL:DR The American-made equipment works very well. The company ultimately assured the installation was complete and correct. But it was a rocky road. It was easy to schedule an appointment with a sales person. He spent a lot of time trying to sell me a system, when in fact I'd already done my research and knew I wanted to buy their products if they could improve my water quality. The salesman was able to give me measurements of dissolved solids and pH, which was important to me. Installation was fast; within about a week, our system was in place! Unfortunately, the installation did not pass inspection. When I contacted EcoWater Texas about the problem, the owner said the inspector was being unreasonable, and this had never happened before. He said he was uncomfortable having his plumber do the work the inspector required, and I would have to find someone else to do it. He said he'd pay the cost if it was reasonable. I contacted the inspector to get a detailed explanation of the work to be done. The inspector came over and gave me a red tag, formally failing the installation. He said I should call EcoWater Texas and tell them I had the tag, and if I submitted the tag to the licensing board they'd make it right. When I did that, EcoWater Texas agreed to find a plumber to do the work and cover the costs. The new plumber finished the installation, and it passed inspection. I then asked EcoWater Texas to test my water to make sure the system was working as advertised. This took a little time, but the salesman returned and did the testing. That's when I learned the system was only treating half my water! The rest entered the house in a different place. Apparently EcoWater Texas didn't check for that when they did the original installation. So EcoWater Texas had the second plumber come back and tie in the rest of the house water. The entire process took several months."

"Stuart HVAC, LLC Was amazing.  Stuart's knowledge, professionalism and attention to detail saved me time and money.  The man really knows his AC and heating.  He did so well on my air-conditioning system replacement that I had him come back out and replace my hot water heater.  All of which are working perfectly!
I would recommend him to anyone who is seeking an honest, hardworking and skilled person in this area.
Regards,
Leslie

"I needed to repair the sewer/water line under my house. I contacted several plumbers, but felt most comfortable with Alb’s Brothers Plumbing. Francisco contacted me and provided a free inspection. He explained the problem thoroughly and what needed to be done to complete the job. He worked with my budget and was very understanding. Francisco was helpful, courteous and went the extra mile to complete the job. He repaired the pipe while it was raining and I’m sure past his working hours. I had a pleasant experience with Francisco and Alb’s Brothers Plumbing. I would recommend this company for all your plumbing needs!"

"It went really well. They fixed my mower and it works really well. I dropped it off and it was done the next day. I would use them again."
