"The representative was late, but I really wasn't bothered by that because my day was flexible. They did call and let me know he would be late and I said that was OK. They seem like a good company, but the style of the product just wasn't what I was looking for. The representative was nice enough, but talked over me a little too much, didn't really listen to what I said I wanted, and kept asking, "Does that make sense?" I understand that he was trying to make sure I understood what he was saying, but it got annoying after the 10th or 15th time.
