"Project Management Issues & Pending Renovation Work. I 100% agree with one of the previous reviews and, unfortunately, am experiencing the same issues that have caused unnecessary delays and frustration. While the quality of work itself is good, the project management leaves much to be desired. My bathroom renovation started on December 1st, 2025, with a promised completion time of two weeks. It has now been almost a month, and the project is still not finished. I would admit that I am responsible for one week delay in replacing a bathtub. Throughout this process, I have received little to no communication ? no daily updates and not even consistent weekly updates ? regarding the timeline or the scope of work being completed. This lack of communication from the project manager, Orkhan, has caused unnecessary delays and frustration. Coordinating with both the crew and management has been extremely difficult, and the project manager?s attitude has at times been rude and unprofessional. "

They exhibit the highest levels of professionalism, quality, efficiency and commitment. There were no games, delays or lapse in their work; they were always on-time, friendly, and hard working. They went above-and-beyond on everything, including calling six different locations to find, and then driving down to VA to get, our specific (deprecated) siding for an exact match. They're also very safety conscious, including taking all recommended COVID precautions to keep our family safe throughout. Anything you can think of, they can do; electrical, plumbing, framing, drywall, replacing or installing interior or exterior doors or windows, ... We gave Mark a high-level idea of what we wanted, and he molded it into our dream. If I had the money to build a house from scratch this is the team I'd hire; but minimally they're who I'll be using for any future renovations while I'm in the area."

"It went very well! I needed the drain line extended for about 10 feet after the job was completed. Barry Gladstone, the owner, came out on the next business day and completed the work at no extra charge. I waited for 2 years to write this review to test the drainage system over 2 complete weather cycles. After all of this time, everything is still working very well. I highly recommend Mr. Gladstone and the Outdoor Connection Inc for outside drainage system work."

"Hired them to do a BGE home energy audit, and Larry Tennant performed this for the company. This included an inspection of the attic insulation which resulted in a lot of ceiling drywall essentially coming off the joists, multiple nails popping through the paint. I was really unhappy with this new problem, since what was supposed to be a $100 energy audit now led to damage that would cost several hundred dollars to repair. From Larry's point of view, the ceiling drywall likely had pre-existing problems making it vulnerable to damage from the inspection, something he had no way of knowing. After a lot of discussion, Larry contributed $500 toward the costs of fixing the ceiling, a reasonable compromise for both parties since the drywall already appeared to have pre-existing issues. Through the experience, he was professional, responsive, and was 100% committed to finding a mutually agreeable solution months after the audit was completed. Even though I would have rather never gone through the experience, I have the highest level of respect for Larry's integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction. I would gladly hire him again if we needed his services again."
