"I inquired with Home Advisor on Saturday, about re-installing a shade I tried to install myself. The hurricane window stuck out and tore the shade. Didn't know what to do. Fantastic4blinds responded almost immediately, - and suggested he could come to the house - the following day (Sunday!) and fix it for the price of a service call. I was amazed! So after almost 2 months of having no shade in the bedroom window, - within 1/2 an hour - it was up and working! The young man who came said many people have this problem with the new hurricane windows, - it just doesn't occur to people that these windows frames - stick out. The young man - came on time, and was polite and just wonderful! I'm so very happy - and would highly recommend this company."

Searched and found a part that others said was not available and repaired the Rolling mechanism that we were told could not be found Als sold us another for the bedroom siding door that was impossible to repair. He has great ideas and a great likable personality. I would hire him again instantly if I need his product or help. "Nick came to my house and had great suggestions for my shutters. When the time name for the installation, the shutters were misplaced for a couple of weeks and I kept calling to see where they were. They were finally located and installed. The was a chip on one shutter and I had to ask if that was going to be repaired before the installer left. He did fix the chip, but I feel he should have seen it and repaired it without my asking. Overall the products is nice and I would use them again."
