When my roof started leaking in early August, I finally contacted Artisan, and that was the best decision I made. 1. Brian’s inspection is incredibly professional Brian came to my house right away. He walked through the interior with me, then carefully inspected the entire roof outside. He took clear, detailed photos and organized them so I could understand exactly what was happening. Those photos were key evidence for my State Farm claim. I had contacted four roofing companies before—none of them came close to the level of detail Brian provided. 2. Brian joined the insurance meeting and helped me WIN approval When State Farm sent their adjuster, Brian came immediately—even though they arrived early. He waited patiently for the third-party inspector (who was late), and then walked them through every problem area. He clearly explained the hail damage, the leaks, and exactly why it needed approval. Honestly, State Farm is famous for being strict, but with Brian’s help, I finally got approved for a full roof replacement. I was so relieved and grateful. 3. He also helped me get approval for interior repairs There were water stains inside my house caused by the roof leak. I didn’t even know I could include this in the claim, but Brian talked to the adjuster directly and helped me get additional coverage for the interior repairs as well. This is the kind of detail and professionalism you rarely see. 4. The installation team was also excellent Once approved, the Artisan team finished the entire roof in one day. Fast, clean, and high quality. They also found a few issues (like an old dryer vent), took pictures, and sent me updates during the day so I always knew what was happening. Every step felt responsible and transparent. 5. Great communication, great local company From emails about payment, to warranty details, to color selection—they were always clear, quick, and helpful. It feels good to work with a local, trustworthy, professional company. I truly recommend them 100% I am a West Cary homeowner, and after comparing at least four different roofing companies, I can confidently say: Brian Anderson and Artisan Quality Roofing are the BEST. They are professional, honest, extremely knowledgeable, and they genuinely help homeowners get what they deserve. "Worst service ever! We paid these people to replace our siding for the house. They came to our home, sat in our kitchen and talked about how they stand behind their service and quality and blah blah blah. We fell for it. Once they supposedly finished the installation, we had a broken gutter, bubbles all over our siding, all over the house, in misaligned siding in various places. When we complain, they said that the installation team would not be fixing anything and they shuffle us after the warranty team who has not been responsive. After trying to get them to come out here and begin repairs for two months, we have now filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Once that complaint was filed, they said they would be here today to fix the problem and didn?t show up and did not message either. Worst service ever! Hire these people at your own risk! I I have cancer and I am fighting for my life right now. Now, I also have to fight them to finish the work."

"After Hurricane Helene the pressed board siding around our fireplace chimney was in bad shape. Adding to that was the fact the roofers who replaced our roof afterwards did not install proper flashing on our garage (which contacts the chimney) and it exacerbated the situation. Pressed board was peeling away from the structure, warped, and expanded from water intrusion and a number of areas. We wanted to replace the entire exterior of the chimney with Hardie Board and have any of the water damaged under layers replaced with OSB and have the entire structure wrapped. We received a number of competitive estimates, but the estimate from Umbrella was by far the lowest and included more work than the others. The owner, Eduardo, is knowledgeable, experienced, and very professional. He assured us that he could have all of the work done to proper standard and completed within 48 hours. We were not disappointed. His team of workers were quick, efficient, and hard-working. Thanks Umbrella!"

He called and was able to come earlier in the day, noticed the issue, fixed it and was on his way. He even took a video of the issue and explained what his repair was. Loved the new roof, after the bad hell storm, we hired ATW after an inspection of the damages. Greyson, no longer with them as he moved away for family, came out inspected our roof. He explained the damages, we got an adjuster to come out for damages. We hired them, they came out about 2 weeks ago. Jaime and his crew showed up about 6:30am and finished our roof by 3:30pm with clean up. I had a question about my roof, I called The owner, and she was able to explain and answer my question.
