Get matched with top metal siding: repairer or partially replacers in Fort Myer, VA

"We were very pleased with the quality of work delivered on our project to repair our indoor stair railing. Over a period of two decades our cat had used the railing posts as a scratching post. We were concerned that the repair might not be esthetically pleasing without a full replacement. We were delighted that a pleasing and economical solution was delivered for this project in the promised timeframe. The assigned worker communicated well, offered options and delivered beyond our expectations."

"While the materials and communication was good, unfortunately there were some things that left a bad taste and I am not sure I would use them again. While there were some issues that they are addressing quickly, like replacing a part of the door they changed because a piece was smothered with white silicone, and also replacing a panel that was broken when they capped the trim outside my home, and they destroyed my big rosemary bush. I'm baffled as to why they didn't notify me at the moment and instead I had to wait until the walk-through to find out. The forklift person who came to pick up some material that wasn't used left a hole in my driveway. I just sent them some pictures, but haven't heard back, but hopefully this looks like it will be repaired. I am also not happy with how the door looks after the install and the reply from the QA walk-through was 'that is how we seal all the doors'. I appreciate that the amount of clear silicone used will prevent leaks and bugs, it looks like someone watched a whole bunch of YouTube videos and at the end some measurement went wrong and the mistake was covered up with an uneven line of silicone. Time will tell how long the silicone will hold against concrete. I would have hoped instead that they let me know it would look bad and talk about options even if it meant spending more money to get it to look OK. door install: [*** Link removed ***] [*** Link removed ***] white silicon smears: [*** Link removed ***] bush: [*** Link removed ***] broken panel: [*** Link removed ***] driveway: [*** Link removed ***]"

"Step 1 for my project was replacing the original soffits, trim and gutters. My house is much better now that those things have been replaced. Step 2 will be having them replace my original siding. I like their products and ability to communicate through the multi step process."

"Liberty Home Remodeling installed new siding, repaired and painted soffits, and did other exterior painting. They worked with the HOA to get the necessary approvals. The workmanship is excellent and I highly recommend them."

"Very prompt response to my request for a quote. Rapid quote process and happy with the work quality. He provided pictures of the repair progress and what was done upon completion of the job which was a nice touch. I have trust in this contractor based on the experience I would absolutely hire him again."

"Job was to widen driveway and replace area with chipping cement. Assessment was thorough and priced comparatively. Crewed was punctual, efficient and courteous. Job was completed on schedule. I highly recommend Skyline services and would used their services again (next assignment already lined up). I’m very pleased."

"I own a rowhouse in DC, and the roof finally failed in too many places to patch. Darren gave me a reasonable estimate, helped me research the various materials, and his crew did a great job. Everything went up in one day."

"My roof issues stem from solar panel installation. The installers damaged several shingles, including roof vent shingles, and upon my complaint did an awful job trying to patch it. I called American Home Contractors for a survey of the damage, and they sent out Isiah, who did a phenomenal job. He wrote up a very excellent report detail all of the damage and repairs needed to bring my roof back to its original condition. He supplied me with clear pictures of everything, and took time to explain everything to me so that I could understand the estimate. I feel much better now knowing exactly what damage was done to my roof, and that I can rely on Isiah and American Home Contractors to restore my roof back to its original condition. Based on this experience, I would strongly recommend AHC for your next roof repair."

"If you are looking for great customer service, top-notch management, and A-1 construction team S&K Roofing, Siding & Windows. I had the roof down a few years ago and now gutters. Hassle-free from start to finish. Oscar and his crew's customer service were awesome and the skill of installing my gutters and the look was great. The night before was very windy and one piece of siding was almost blown off the house. I asked if the Oscars team can help and repair the piece of siding and without hesitation, his crew fixed it. That is what I call great customer service and teamwork. Look no farther and Pick S&k. You will not regret it!!"

"I am a multiple home-owner and own a few properties in Washington DC. One of my rental properties sustained considerable roof damage resulting in water leaks in the interiors of the house. The situation was further deteriorated by daily torrential rains. Emergency services barely provided the relief needed. After communicating with ten to twelve roofers and general contractors, I finally connected with William Mackay Contracting. My point of contact was Ben who promptly assessed the condition of the roof, explained the status, extent of the damage and the course of action needed to replace the entire roof. In addition, he gave me a quote that was reasonable and affordable for me. Since I was traveling out of the country, Ben and his people provided me with a work date and completed the job within the next few days. The job was done in one day and I was very happy with the result as he kept me updated with pictures, recording each stage of roof replacement.
Ben and his company was very professional, punctual and accommodating of questions from me. I will gladly refer William Mackay Contracting to my friends and anyone else looking for a professional and efficient roofer.
